Corsica
Unlike other Mediterranean islands, Corsica maintains
its beautiful coast almost intact and an inland marked
by mountainous chains. Most of its 360 towns deserve to
be visited. Its capital Ajaccio, as much as other cities
of the island like Bastia or Corte has interesting old
places. The nature lovers have an appointment in the beautiful
peninsula of Girolata, declared "Patrimony of the
Humanity" by the UNESCO.
