Champagne-Ardennes
Aside from other attractions, this north-eastern region
is worldwide famous by its champagne production, the glamorous
frothy drink. The so called "Champagne route"
takes the visitor through localities like Reims, Troyes
or Épernay, where it´s possible to visit
a winery in order to know the elaboration process and
buy a bottle at a good price. Logically, the landscape
is dominated by the vineyards, although to the north of
the region are the Ardennes forests.
